Hello everyone, I am the youngest girl in the factory.
What is the appropriate spheroidizing temperature?
The proper spheroidizing temperature should ensure the full effect of the spheroidizing agent, the oxides with lighter specific gravity than iron, inclusions and gases can fully rise to the scum, and the suitable processing temperature is 1400°C both internationally and domestically, and the loss of the spheroidizing agent is too high. Too large or too low is not conducive to oxide slag inclusion and gas floating.
The temperature at which the inoculant is added is generally determined in conjunction with the pouring temperature of the specific casting. However, the granularity of the inoculant and the pouring temperature must be controlled. It is better to adopt the instant inoculation method.
