Today we will talk about some measures to prevent
spheroidization and recession:
1. The time from incubation to pouring must be short,
the longer the time, the more serious the incubation decline;
2. The molten iron should maintain a proper amount of
spheroidizing element content
3. Reduce the sulfur content of the original molten iron and
prevent the molten iron from oxidizing
4. After the molten iron is spheroidized and slag removed,
the surface of the molten iron needs to be covered with
a covering agent to isolate the air to reduce
the escape of Mg and Re elements.
