mostly because the S content of the original molten iron fluctuates,
and the spheroidization is naturally unstable.
As an example, there is a township enterprise that
used a cupola furnace to produce low-chromium grinding balls,
but later switched to an induction furnace
and took over the task of ductile iron.
However, the furnace is used together,
neither the furnace body is used separately, nor the furnace cleaning.
Later, after rectification and strict charge management,
the returning charge of gray cast iron and ductile iron was no longer mixed,
and the furnace was smelted separately, and the problem was solved.
