In the process of casting iron, the spheroidizing agent containing rare earth elements can remove impurities such as S and P in the casting, change the performance of the casting, and effectively improve the hardness or elongation of the casting.

The rare earth in our factory uses lanthanum and cerium metal rare earth, which is refined from rare earth ore with less impurities. Some manufacturers use one-step rare earth silicon, or use cerium-rich slag auxiliary products to refine, such rare earth impurities are many and the composition is complicated. It will lead to poor stability of the final spheroidizing agent.
