How to prevent it?
Today I will teach you three practical tips:
1. The quantification of vermicularizing agent and molten iron
should be accurate
2. Master and stabilize the sulfur content of the original molten iron
3. Strictly master the composition of vermicularizer
and manage it properly
If it is judged that the treatment is too much before the furnace,
you can add the original molten iron,
and decide whether to inoculate or not
and the amount of inoculant added according to the width of the
white mouth of the triangle test piece.
