three. Influence of spherification package:

a. The height to diameter ratio of the spheroidized package

should be controlled between 1.5 and 2.

b. The size of the spheroidized bag should be controlled between

70% and 75% of the height of the spheroidized bag.

c. The spheroidization chamber should be made into a round or

elliptical shape to ensure that the amount of iron produced is 70% before reaction,

and the reaction time should be controlled in more than 50 seconds.

d. The spheroidizing agent should be tamped when feeding,

and the covering silicon steel sheet should completely cover

the spheroidizing agent and ensure a certain thickness;

Sprinkle a little silicon steel sheet at the bottom of the reaction chamber to

prevent the residual molten iron from sintering the spheroidizing agent.
